Ghana–Brazil trade MoU signed ahead of 2026 forum

Both governments commit to a new bilateral investment framework launched at the festival.

Ahead of the Afro Brazil Ghana Festival & Business Forum 2026, trade representatives from Ghana and Brazil have agreed a memorandum of understanding designed to simplify bilateral investment across agribusiness, creative industries and tourism.

The framework will be formally presented on Day 1 of the forum at the W.E.B. Du Bois Centre in Accra, where ministers, diaspora investors and founders convene for keynotes, panels and B2B matchmaking.

Delegates attending the Business Forum will have first access to the accompanying sector briefings, including the Ghana–Brazil investment outlook and the curated investor roundtable.
